Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy with Quid Pro, you can get a full refund of any payment, monthly or yearly, within 14 days of the date you were charged. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

• Email lashertaeyang@gmail.com with your workspace name and the email address used at checkout, or
• reply to the PayPal receipt you received for the payment, including your workspace name.

Refunds are sent through PayPal to the PayPal balance or card you paid with.They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

After 14 days

Payments older than 14 days aren’t refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or if you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge). You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Seat changes

When members join or leave, the change is prorated on your next bill rather than charged or refunded right away. If a seat change looks wrong, email us and we’ll fix it.

Free trial

The 14-day free trial doesn’t require payment details, so there’s nothing to refund for it.
