Questions
- How does the free trial work?
- Every new workspace gets 14 days of full access. No card is needed to start. When the trial ends, the workspace becomes read-only until an owner or admin subscribes. Nothing is deleted.
- Who counts as a member?
- Everyone with an active account in your workspace, except guests and bots. Guests are always free.
- What happens when people join or leave?
- Your seat count updates automatically, and the difference is prorated on your next bill.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, at any time from Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments can be refunded within 14 days; see the Refund Policy.
- Do prices include tax?
- Prices are in US dollars and include any taxes we are required to charge. Payments are processed securely by PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance or a card.
